I applaud the efforts of those who protested during the red rose rescue at the medical center on Long Island. My only concern is that I disagree with the participants having to be removed physically by the Police. I don’t think it adds any more of a message and It could cause injury to a law enforcement personnel. I believe that demonstrating and being peacefully led away from the premises to the local precinct is a powerful enough statement. Again, I am in full support of the actions of peaceful demonstration…I wish I had the courage to be arrested for this worthy cause.

Joe I think that is a very valid point. On the other hand going limp does slow down clearing the facility
which makes it more likely they well close for the day. I think this is something aparticipant has to follow their own conscience on.
