Today Joseph Scheidler, head of the Pro-life Action League of Chicago, former seminarian and father of seven, was for the third time vindicated at the Supreme Court. High Court Rules in Favor of Abortion Protesters – Los Angeles Times
The NOW (National Organization of Women) lawsuit, dating back to 1986 has been finally put to sleep, after an agonizing 20 year struggle – certainly agonizing forthe Scheidler family.
