March for Life this past Friday – bigger and younger than ever

Here is just a very small sampling of different schools, universities, churches and church groups in attendance.

Explanation for the next picture. The ND 88 refers to the 88 people arrested at Notre Dame last May for protesting President Obama's speech at the ND graduation. Fr. Jenkins is the President of Notre Dame and he was supposedly in attendance at the March. The Notre Dame 88 includes the "South Bend Five" – the New York area people who were arrested. They are Joan Andrews Bell, Eleanor Brady, Bob Butchta, Brigid Faranda, and Arne Matheson.  

 Another picture that needs a little explanation. It's not raining. White and yellow are the colors of the Vatican, and the umbrella'd students are from a new (only two years old) Catholic High School in Virginia – John Paul the Great H.S.!
