Joe Carr, on his way to heaven

We just received word that the beautiful Joe Carr of Mahopac died surrounded by his family on Monday.

This from Peg Doherty:

We thank God for the beautiful, Pro-Life witness of Joe Carr, the co-founder of our Respect Life Society.  He went to his eternal reward on Monday, May 4th following the Divine Mercy chaplet.  His wake will be at Joe Smith's, 692 Route 6, on Thursday, from 4 – 8 PM.  His funeral will be Friday at 10:30 in St. John's Chapel.  We were privileged to have such a wonderful man as President of our Respect Life Society since late in 1983. Thank you, Joe.  Please  keep Joe and his family in your prayers.
