On Saturday April 25th<\/span>, 2021 a Red Rose Rescue occurred at All Women\u2019s Care abortion mill in Manhasset, Long Island, NY. 
<\/span><\/div>\n
Four Red Rose Rescuers entered the abortion facility with roses at 8:05 am, and were able to reach at least 1 mother with the literature, and she was eventually instructed by the staff to go to her vehicle to await a phone call from the abortion mill staff.
<\/span><\/div>\n
During the time the rescuers were inside the waiting room of the facility, no women entered.  A few more patients arriving were told to return to and remain in their cars. 
<\/span><\/div>\n
After the 4th<\/span> Red Rose Rescuer was removed from the building, the police conducted a room-by-room search of the entire premises, which included several other businesses, and thus the staff of the abortion facility came outside into the parking lot at approximately 10 am for the duration of the search, perhaps for an hour.
<\/span><\/div>\n
At 11:30 am, the same staff members were seen to leave the building again, and get in their cars and leave the parking lot.

It is therefore believed that no abortions were committed this day at All Women\u2019s Care.
<\/span><\/div>\n
The following people were arrested and charged with \u201cObstructing Government Administration\u201d:   Fr. Fidelis Moscinski, CFR, John Hinshaw, Laura Gies and Matthew Connelly.   They have an arraignment July 12, in Nassau County Court, in Hempstead, NY.<\/span><\/div>\n

This was the 21st Red Rose Rescue to take place in the United States since September 2017 …. The Red Rose Rescues are something of a revival of successful tactics used during the early days of the pro-life movement, before the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE) imposed harsh penalties on pro-lifers who save babies by physically blocking \u201caccess\u201d to abortion facilities. They are also inspired by Canadian activist Mary Wagner, who has repeatedly entered Toronto abortion centers and offered red roses to mothers waiting to have their children aborted. Wagner has spent six years in jail for her actions.<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n

U.S. Red Rose Rescues almost always result in arrests and pro-lifers being charged. Charges<\/a> have been dropped<\/a> a number of times, notably in federal court; others have ended in trespassing convictions<\/a>. The state of Michigan has treated rescuers the most harshly<\/a>, jailing pro-lifers<\/a> and even charging four with felony obstruction of officers<\/a>. <\/span><\/div>\n

\u201cThe Red Rose Rescue is an act of charity for women who feel for whatever reason they must have their innocent unborn children killed. Those who took part were willing to embrace risks for these women and their babies,\u201d said spokeswoman Lisa Hart. \u201cWe will go into the very places where the unborn are put to death and extend help to the moms. Should this help be refused\u2014we will not leave the abortion centers but remain in solidarity with the helpless victims oppressed by the injustice of abortion. Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta said that her work was \u2018to go into the dark holes of the poor.\u2019 The Red Rose Rescue is an action of going into the dark holes of the poor\u2014namely abortion clinics where the innocent are rejected\u2014and in these dark holes we seek to bring hope, true peace, and the presence of God.\u201d <\/span><\/div>\n
