While not mentioned in the PR, the penalties for a first time violation of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faqs.org\/faqs\/law\/clinic-access\/\">FACE<\/a> by non-violent offenders of the law can be six months in prison and a $10,000 fine.<\/p>\n<blockquote dir=\"ltr\">\n<p><strong>Press release from: The Order of Mercy at Gethsemane<br \/><\/strong><br \/>In affiliation with the Order of Mercy at Gethsemane (OMG), two rescuers<br \/>sought to prevent the mass murder that obtains almost daily at the<br \/>Planned Parenthood extermination camp on Bleecker Street in New York<br \/>City. The rescue took place on December 12 last year, the feast of our<br \/>Lady of Guadalupe.<\/p>\n<p>Illegally &#8211; since the State has no right to protect crimes against<br \/>humanity &#8211; the Guadalupe rescuers were arrested, and an FBI investigation<br \/>was able to learn their identities. They were released on their own<br \/>recognizance, but on April 27 in a press release lauding Planned<br \/>Parenthood, the Justice Department saw them convicted of violating the<br \/>illegal and criminal federal statute known as the FACE act.<\/p>\n<p>The rescuers are subject to six months imprisonment and fines. Their<br \/>sentencing is scheduled for June 10, whence, if imprisoned as<br \/>anticipated,&#0160; they will begin to absorb some small measure of the<br \/>injustice inflicted on the unborn.<\/p>\n<p>Two women, also affiliated with the order, are in jail for the same<br \/>reasons in Canada, one of them due to two rescues that took place during<br \/>Holy Week this year. Last year there were three rescues at the Bleecker<br \/>St. extermination camp.<\/p>\n<p>While these four are in jail, no child will die without a born ally<br \/>willing to stand with them.
