The public demonstration with about 40 people was led by Rabbi Noson Shmeul Leiter of Torah Jews for Decency<\/a> and was held at Senator Schumer's office in Peekskill. They called on Senator Schumer to filibuster the Supreme Court nomination of Elena Kagan. <\/p>\n

Channel 12 had an almost four minute feature Sunday evening, at the beginning of all their news hours from 5 o'clock onwards. Eileen Peterson from Rockland County helped organize.<\/p>\n
